Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the customization process has begun. This includes items that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise altered according to customer specifications.
Order Accuracy:
We highly encourage our customers to double-check all personalization details, such as names, dates, and any specific instructions, before finalizing their order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a personalized item that is defective or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for items that are defective due to manufacturing errors or damage during shipping. Please provide photographs of the defect or damage when submitting your claim, if possible.
Order Errors:
If we make an error in the personalization of your item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will correct the error and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
